How do I post a shift?
Create an employer account, then publish a shift with role, hourly wage, schedule, location, and duties. New accounts may be reviewed before full posting access is enabled.
How do workers apply?
Workers browse open shifts on the marketplace and send a profile for shifts that match their role and availability. Applications stay tied to that specific listing.
Can I choose who works?
Yes. The business posting the shift reviews applicants and selects who works. Selection sends a shift-level employment offer with terms captured at that moment.
What happens if someone cancels?
Use Kavoro product flows to record cancellations, no-shows, or shift changes where applicable. Operational policies may affect account access for repeated issues.
How are worked hours confirmed?
Workers submit hours after checkout. The posting business reviews submitted hours and approves or disputes them before payroll export.
How does payment and payroll work?
The posting business remains responsible for wages, statutory deductions, and remittances. Kavoro records applications, offers, attendance, and approved hours. It does not employ workers for shifts you post or pay workers on your behalf.
What does Kavoro charge?
Kavoro may charge marketplace or service fees separate from worker wages according to pricing shown in the product or agreed separately. Service fees are distinct from your payroll obligations to workers.
