How can we help?

Guides for workers and employers using Kavoro in Winnipeg. For urgent in-shift issues, see safety guidance below.

Workers

Finding shifts
Browse open shifts on Find shifts. Filter by role, area, and date. Sign in to apply.
Applications
Apply from a shift detail page. Track status under Applications: submitted, selected, or declined.
Confirmation
When selected, the shift appears in your schedule. Message the business if plans change.
QR check-in/out
At the workplace, scan the posted QR code to check in and out. Attendance is recorded automatically.
Submitting hours
After your shift, submit hours for employer review. Approved hours feed payroll export.
Disputed hours
If an employer disputes submitted hours, follow the in-app dispute flow. Unresolved cases may escalate.

Employers

New employer accounts are verified before full posting access. Check email for status updates.
Posting shifts
From your dashboard, post role, schedule, wage, and location. Publish when ready for applicants.
Selecting workers
Review applicants and select who will work the shift. Messaging opens for coordination.
Attendance
Display workplace QR codes so workers can check in and out on site.
Reviewing hours
Compare submitted hours with attendance and approve or dispute before payroll export.
Payroll export
Download approved hours for your payroll process. Kavoro does not pay workers on your behalf.
